There is finally hope for undocumented young adults who came to the United States as children.
DACA status is still available, in spite of the current administration’s efforts to eliminate it. Most DACA’s have had status since 2012; some are still eligible to submit a first-time application as soon as they turn 15. This status is available to those who:
- Came to the US under the age of 16
- Were born after June 15, 1981
- Have remained in the United States continuously since at least June 15, 2007
- Are either in school, have a high school diploma or GED, or were honorably discharged from the military
- Do not have a significant criminal record
We can help with both initial and renewal DACA applications.
